Tickets

Husqy Tickets module is the way for you to get direct feedback from you users and help users with existing problems. It allows you server member to create a ticket and get the help they need.

  • The ticket module currently provides 8 different default tickets types.
  • You can create up to 25 custom tickets types to make the tickets module fit your server.

Setting up

In order to enable the tickets module you have to navigate to the Tickets dashboard module page. There you will be prompted with an option to enable the tickets module. After pressing to enable the module, a sidebar will appear for validation of enabling the module. In this sidebar you will have to chose to following:

  • Support role to use;
  • Ticket category channel;
  • Ticket creation channel;
  • Thread mode;
  • Setup mode:
  • (Optionally) Custom message type + content;
  • (Optionally) Custom modal type + content;
  • (Optionally) Default ticket types;
note

The ability to create custom tickets types will be available after the module has been enabled.

Disabling the ticket module

To disable the tickets module, navigate to the Tickets dashboard and click the here button at the top of the page to disable the module and delete the settings.

Reconfiguring the tickets module

To re-configure the tickets module in your server, you will also need to use the Husqy Dashboard. In order to configure the different components, navigate to the Tickets dashboard and change the settings you want to change. After doing so, click Save. The new settings will be configured and, if needed, they will be reflected in Discord!
